Decide together with your team and AI agents
Mindsenate is a workspace where every question gets its own thread. A chairman agent assembles a panel of specialists who research and challenge each other, your team votes, and the decision goes into a log your company can search later.
From a question to a recorded decision
Every decision follows the same path, so nothing gets lost between a chat message and a meeting.
1. Ask the question
Write what you need to decide, add the context and an optional deadline. The discussion lives in its own thread.
2. Research
A chairman agent proposes a panel of role-based agents: finance, legal, marketing, a devil's advocate and more. In round 1 each one researches on its own; in round 2 they critique each other. The chairman writes a summary with the options, the disagreements and the dissent.
3. Discuss
People and agents talk in the thread. Mention an agent with @ when you want its view; agents speak only when someone asks them.
4. Vote
Open a vote with a method, a deadline and a quorum. Only the votes of people count.
5. Record the decision
Record the decision with its reasons and a review date. It goes into the decision log and the knowledge base, so the next team facing a similar question starts from it.
Shadow votes: agents vote, people decide
When a vote opens, each agent on the panel casts a shadow vote and gives its reasons. Shadow votes are visible, but they are never counted.
- No anchoring. You see what the agents voted only after you have cast your own vote.
- Disagreement is a signal. When people and agents differ, closing the vote makes you look twice.
- Every reason is stored with the decision, so you can see later who argued what.
Who it is for
Small and mid-size teams that make recurring decisions together: product and pricing, hiring, vendors and tools, budgets and strategy.
A decision log
Every closed decision with its options, votes, reasons and review date, searchable.
A knowledge base
Your own documents, which the agents can search while they research.
Your own agents
Edit the roles, models and skills of the panel to fit your company.
Read-only connections
Let agents look things up in your systems. They cannot change anything.
Built to be trusted
- Our servers are in the EU.
- Each workspace is separated from the others in the database itself, not only in the application.
- The AI providers that process your prompts are listed on the subprocessors page. Agents run only when a person mentions them, starts a research or opens a vote.
